If your business meets our basic requirements, we will be glad discuss it with you.

We are friendly and helpful, and want us both to be successful in our businesses.

1. Minimum initial order of $1000 net pricing.

2. Copy of your state Resale certificate

3. Credit card with available credit to cover each order.

4. Buyer takes full responsibility for the care and handling of each item. Freight damage can be handled with the freight company. Upon your acceptance from freight company it is yours. If there is freight damage, it is the dealer's responsibility to notify the freight company and contact us immediately. We will also contact the freight company and fill out the necessary forms to get the damages resolved for both parties. Since each rack is built to order for you, there is an absolute no return policy with the exception of major and obvious defects in workmanship. Our products are thoroughly inspected before shipment to eliminate such problems. If it's not acceptable, we don't ship it!

5. We will help guide dealer in selection of best moving items. Since each area has different themes, from wildlife to horse, etc.  themes, the dealer will want to select items that will sell in their area.  The buyer takes total responsibility of selections.

6. Special orders or racks, silhouettes, Lettering, and signs will be priced out as a net price to you.

7. Freight is not included in pricing.
It is more economical freight wise to ship several items by truck, we can get a freight quote to your business, Many times we can ship up to 200# for the minimal charge and additional weight increase is usually reasonably priced compared to ups individual, oversized, or over 75# charges.  If the freight company does not consider you  a business if you do not have(ups Daily pickup) or truck (daily delivery) in most cases. Call your freight company if in doubt.  Buyer is responsible for any freight and all freight. Any freight adders by the freight company will be added to buyers costs no matter what the original quoted freight was. Freight truck charges (to what they consider to be a residence) is about $56 more than what they consider to be a business for example.

8. All orders will be submitted on our no cost forms. We can either furnish you with the printed version or the Excel template that you can modify to suit your needs. These can be faxed, emailed, or snail mailed and will be valid only when signed and accepted by the buyer (you) and the seller (us).

Dealers have the option of receiving actual color finished samples, 22 in all. It is sometimes difficult to get the actual color and texture from a computer screen. This is a recommended sales tool that allows the dealer to show  the customer the actual finish.
Also included are samples of our Double pot hanger hook, Chain Bracket, Wall mounting clip, Chain, ceiling screw hook, round scroll, vine, rail fence, Wood spindle rail, Structural tubing, & a heat treated silhouette. A current printed catalogue with or without our retail pricing. Net cost is $150 for this optional kit.
Additional catalogues are available for $10 each in printed form or $10 on CD in Microsoft Publisher 97 format where you can change the prices, descriptions and tailor with your business name, and etc. just for your business to suit you,  or printed from a special page for free from our website.

We protect our dealers, we mark our dealers on the map and will not put a dealer within 50 mile minimum radius from another dealer.

Dealers will receive updated product information as we develop new products.
We also build proprietary products just for you, that is exclusive to you and will not be available to anyone else. Certain initial orders & volume requirements must be met to establish & maintain such status.
